A Diagnosis is Not the End

Being diagnosed with a mental illness can be scary at first but there is another way to look at it. You may feel grief, stigma, and hopelessness but a diagnosis can open you up to receive help and support.

A diagnosis can help you find the right treatment whether that’s medication or therapy. It can give you a name to what you’re struggling with. It can provide you with a community of people who are going through similar things!

A diagnosis is not the end, there is hope.
