A New Day

Ever feel like you just aren't ready to face another day? Yeah, me too. The thought of it is overwhelming. It's easier just to sleep. Getting up can be the hardest part but sometimes you just have to force yourself out of bed. 

You could try and make getting out of bed easier. Plan something for that day. Meeting with friends, walking the dog, looking for jobs/study, a bike ride, shopping. Anything that could help make the day a little easier to face. 

And not all days are bad. It may feel like it'll be a long day but in reality, it may not be! So much can happen in a day and make it go by quickly. You could watch a movie, shop, you've got to eat and get ready for the day. You could go for a walk, tidy up, do your washing, and meet up with friends. You can achieve a lot just by getting up at a reasonable hour! 

As I sit here, writing this, I feel like I could listen to my own advice. So, why don't we both do this together? It's easier doing it knowing that there's someone else doing it too!
