There Are Good Days Ahead

There are good days ahead.

It may not seem like there are good days ahead, but trust me, there are! You just have to keep your head up and put one foot in front of the other. I have personally experienced this. It seemed like I was at an all-time low, and nothing was going to get me to that light at the end of the tunnel. I felt helpless.

But then one day I woke up and decided I was going to have a good day, no matter what. Sure, I had a few downs that day, but I decided to keep a positive mindset. And I know it’s hard to have a positive mindset, and you don’t feel like it’ll get you anywhere, but you’ve just got to try. Tell yourself you will have a good day because you are stronger than you think, and you can battle those negative thoughts that want to ruin your life. Keep telling yourself positive things and soon your positive words will outweigh the negative thoughts.

You will get there - I know you will!

I am now on a streak of good days and I’m sure it’ll keep going if I try and keep having a positive mind. It’s possible for anyone and everyone!

One thing that can help give yourself a positive mindset is if you get people to write what they love about you on a piece of paper. I call these my ‘Positive Pages’ because they’re filled with positivity from those who know me and care about me. Another thing you could do is buy some affirmation cards (if you don’t already have some) and read them out loud to yourself. This will help create a more positive mindset and it’ll be easier to have one, too. You can even find things like an affirmation word search or affirmation dot to dots. These not only help create a positive mindset, but it’s also a calming activity you can do if you feel things like anxiety.

I encourage you to listen to what I’ve said because I believe it’ll help you. It may not work on the first try but you’ve got to keep trying and not give up.

I believe in you.

You got this.
