Want to share your lived experience to bring hope to others? 

Sharing your experiences of mental health challenges allows people in similar situations to feel less alone and encourages help-seeking behaviours. Whether it's highlighting the tools you used, educating others on different experiences, or anything in between, it can bring an enormous amount of hope into someone's life and continue to break down the stigma of mental health.

Please note the following:
• You must be 18 years and older
• At this stage you must live in Auckland or nearby
• We receive many submissions and do not have the capacity to share everybody's story or get back to everyone.
